KBRA Releases Surveillance Report for Premia Re and Premia Holdings

On August 13, 2026, KBRA affirmed the A Insurance Financial Strength Rating (IFSR) of Premia Reinsurance Ltd. (Premia Re). KBRA also affirmed the BBB+ issuer rating on Premia Holdings (Premia Holdings) as well as the BBB debt ratings on Premia Holdings' outstanding subordinated notes. The Outlook for all ratings is Stable.
